Do you ship?
Yes — we ship shippable pieces anywhere in the US for a flat $14, and shipping is free on orders over $150. Larger pieces like planters are local pickup or delivery only — they just don't travel well in a box.
How long does a custom piece take?
Most custom work takes 2–4 weeks depending on what's already on the bench. Every custom job starts with a quote — no obligation, no deposit until you approve it.
What payments do you take?
Cash on pickup or delivery, and card or bank transfer online when available. Posted prices are pre-tax — sales tax is calculated and itemized at checkout, added to your total before you pay.
Where are you located?
We're in Bolivar, Missouri. Once your order is in, we'll email you to arrange pickup at the shop, and we deliver nearby too.
How do I care for my piece?
Solid wood just needs a little attention now and then — hand wash boards, oil them monthly, and let cedar planters weather naturally. Our care guide covers each kind of piece.
What's your return policy?
Stock pieces can come back per our shipping & returns policy. Custom pieces are built just for you, so they're non-returnable — except for defects, which we'll always make right.
Can I request custom work?
Absolutely — custom work is the heart of the shop. Tell us what you have in mind through our custom request form and we'll send you a quote.
